The Eventistry Venue Pricing


Maximum Capacity 250 Guest

The Eventistry Venue is a Luxury Event Space in the heart of New Orleans just minutes away from The French Quarters. The 2200 SQFT is a white blank canvas with 11 Ft. exposed Industrial Ceilings and Vintage Gold Crystal Chandeliers. The Venue has three 10 FT glass windows that allows natural lighting to shine bright on the ballroom’s floor. The ballroom also features a 8ft Oversized Vintage Antique Gold Baroque Mirror so you and your guest can take memorable photos. The venue can accommodate up to 250 guest standing and seats 80 guest with our beautiful Acrylic Phoenix Chairs. All events are three hours of event time, two hours prior for setup, and 30 minutes for breakdown. We provide White, Ivory, or Black table linen, Up to 8 Round 60 inch Tables, 2 Rectangle 6FT Tables, 80 Acrylic Chairs, 8 Chafer Dishes, 2 Ice Chest, Wi-Fi, and 1 Bluetooth Speaker.



Repast: $800 (Black Linen Only)

Business Meetings: $650(Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm)

Weekend Day Events: $1300 (Events ending by 6pm)

Weekend Night Events: $1500 (Events ending after 6pm Includes 1 Security Officer)

Additional Hours: $200/per hour



Non-Refundable Deposit: $300



We do not allow outside attractions/food vendors in our Parking area! All activities must be indoors! All catering must be prepared offsite.



Clients must provide their own Ice, Chaffing Fuel, DJ/Band, Bartender, Food Servers, Utensils, Caterer, and drinks.



We do provide in house Event Planning & Designing for an additional fee.

The Eventistry Venue is closed on all calendar holidays.
